A local call center is looking to add energetic, professional, and dependable call center agents to its team in Augusta, GA. There is a chance to work from home after 3 months. The ideal applicant is a self-starter with a professional phone manner.

The ideal candidate has the following:

  • Able to handle a high volume of inbound Calls/Inquiries
  • Customer service and quality oriented
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and integrity
