Mr. Hatcher Sr. emphasized the importance of keeping your word and made sure that MAU employees kept their word when they promised something to a customer.

MAU Care Partners Program
MAU will always put faith first. While we respect all faith traditions, MAU was founded with Christian principles and puts those principles in all of our actions. One way our dedication to faith is seen in our company is through our MAU Care Partners.
Through MAU Care Partners, every employee has access to a chaplain to provide guidance and encouragement. MAU Care Partners are trained and experienced counselors who are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, nationwide. On a neutral, voluntary, and confidential basis, they extend care, concern, and compassion to all MAU Associates.
We all face crises and need some extra support, care, or guidance to help our family members and us through difficult times.
The Care Partner team is established to serve as designated helpers for all associates and immediate family members.
The Care Partner’s responsibility is to care for people, to do whatever it takes to help you and your family.
Care Partner chaplains are always available, and serve at no cost to you and your immediate family.
