Client Testimonials

John Deere

Given complete responsibility for the 4400, 790, and 990 series production lines, MAU's Managed Services supplied staff and supervision to run an offsite facility for John Deere. In managing inventories and production for three models of tractors and attachment kits, MAU employees established an inventory control and process management system that resulted in next day order fulfillment of 95%. In addition, MAU provided quality support for the main plant, site specific safety, and production training. MAU managed the tracking process for overseas containers and shipments, mandated budget items, utilities and building maintenance.

"MAU is an excellent organization. They have a broad base of skills and management talent that they can bring to any situation. I feel that any organization could benefit from a working relationship with MAU." Steven H. Johnson, Factory Manager, John Deere Commercial Products

BASF

A program was developed in which MAU brought their on-site managers into the BASF facility to supervise contract full-time and temporary labor. Immediate cost savings and productivity efficiency were realized through reduced turnover, absenteeism, and improved safety performance.

"We have seen a significant reduction in turnover and absenteeism in the contract full-time work group." Elry Wells, BASF Industrial Engineering Supervisor

Kendall

With two plant consolidations and a leveraged buyout, Kendall was under great stress to produce not only a profit, but to change the way they were doing business. MAU developed a Just-In-Time applicant flow based system, which created a tighter profile for quality and allowed MAU to become an integral player in the success of the process. MAU has been providing staffing and recruiting services to Kendall for over a decade. When Kendall Augusta needed to find another staffing service, MAU was selected to fill their temporary employee needs; and when Kendall's new Atlanta distribution center opened, MAU recruited and filled all open full-time staff positions. Today, MAU employees fill production positions in 2nd and 3rd shifts and are trained to work in a wide variety of production positions in the Augusta facility. The utilization of these multifunctional employees has helped Kendall realize a significant cost savings over the past 10 years.

"MAU is always customer oriented, attentive and responsive to our needs. Their recruiting staff supplies good people, their price is right, and they are always willing to help us with our routine needs as well as to any special requests that we make. We are very happy with our partnership with MAU." J. A. "Tony" Bertucci, Human Resource Manager, Kendall, Augusta, GA

Robert Bosch

MAU is the exclusive recruiting agent for exempt and non-exempt employees for Charleston, South Carolina and all exempt employees in Chicago, Illinois. Through this managed services contract, the Robert Bosch Corporation gains reduced head count, lower overhead, and targeted outsourcing services. In addition, MAU screens employees to Bosch's full-time requirements, significantly reducing turnover.

"I've worked with the MAU team for almost ten years. MAU is in a position to bring in higher skilled labor to create a complete MAU workshop team capable of actually running a complex assembly line. They take ownership for staffing, output and quality." Danny Hyman, Senior VP, Manufacturing, Bosch Charleston

"When MAU acquired responsibility for our industrial temporary workforce, the resources were properly planned and prepared, which was ultimately validated in their cost, quality, and service to our end customers." Charlie Ackerman, Former PER Director, Bosch Charleston
