Compliance Assistance Specialist (CAS) for the OSHA Atlanta-West Area Office
Marilyn M. Velez is the Compliance Assistance Specialist (CAS) for the OSHA Atlanta-West Area Office. Mrs. Velez began her safety and health career with OSHA in 1997 as an Industrial Hygienist and in 2001 was promoted to her current position. Mrs. Velez received a master's degree in Environmental and Occupational Health from Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia. Mrs. Velez was born and raised in Puerto Rico and has a son and two daughters.
