At MAU Workforce Solutions, we feel it’s important to recognize employees for their service to our company and living the MAU values.  As a family-owned business, we believe that all of our employees are members of the MAU family.  The “It Runs in the Family” campaign was developed to celebrate one employee per month for “a job well done”! 

“It Runs in the family” winners are chosen through an online nomination process.  MAU clients and employees are welcome to submit a nomination on behalf of individuals who they feel have gone above and beyond during their time with MAU.

The Marketing Department of MAU picks one winner per month from the nominations received.

Each winner receives the following:

• One custom designed ad complete with a “family value” that best describes their achievements

• Recognition on the MAU website, as well as other Marketing channels

• One custom designed glass award

• A special celebration is held as a token of our appreciation!
