At MAU, we have worked hard to develop and sustain a corporate culture where employees feel valued and cared for. One of the ways we demonstrate our appreciation is through our annual Thanksgiving Dinner.

This event allows employees from all facets of the company to come together and share a meal. Even more notable is the time we spend together prior to eating, where employees are able to share what they’re thankful for.

Over the past 40 years, our Thanksgiving Dinner has grown from a few tables of employees, to dozens of tables! We know that this would not be possible without our founder, Mr. Hatcher. He laid the foundation of MAU, a company that has grown steadily to become one of the nation’s top diversity owned staffing firms.
