Augusta, GA — MAU Workforce Solutions, a global provider of staffing, recruiting, and outsourcing solutions, is pleased to announce the following key organizational changes: Steve King as the company’s new Senior Director of Staffing Services, Zach Brewster as the company’s new Director of Operations over the GSP, BMW, and Chattanooga operations, Jared Mogan as the company’s Regional Manager over the GSP and Chattanooga markets, and Baker Hatcher as the company’s Operations Manager over the GSP operations.

Steve King has been with MAU Workforce Solutions for nearly three years as the Regional Manager of Augusta, Office Services. In his role with the Office Services division of MAU Workforce Solutions, Steve helped the Office Services department grow in record breaking numbers for both margin and gross profit. Before joining MAU in 2013, Steve spent nearly 30 years with United Distributors, as its Vice President of Operations. While there, he managed businesses and locations in Augusta, Savannah and Albany, GA and piloted two operations worth more than $160 million in annual revenue. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University and brings a wealth of knowledge to the company in his new role as the Senior Director of Staffing Services.

Zach Brewster has been with MAU Workforce Solutions for ten years. Before being promoted to the Director of Operations, Zach was the Regional Operations Manager of GSP, BMW, and Chattanooga managing the largest project in company history! Before joining MAU ten years ago, Zach worked as a recruiter for Maxim Healthcare Services. Zach received his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Media Studies from the College of Charleston, his Master’s degree in Bible Exposition from Columbia International University, and his SHRM-CP. Zach is bringing an unmatched level of experience to his new and expanded role.

Jared Mogan has continued to grow and thrive with MAU Workforce Solutions for six years. He has held multiple positions with MAU, including Staffing Specialist, On-site Manager, and most recently, Corporate Training Manager. In Jared’s previous role as a Corporate Training Manager, he was responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for employees company-wide for various technical business processes. Jared is highly credentialed, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management from the University of South Carolina, his PHR, CSP, and SHRM-CP certifications, and is currently working towards his Master’s degree at Clemson University. We are pleased to have Jared in his new role as the Regional Manager over the GSP and Chattanooga markets.

Baker Hatcher has been with MAU Workforce Solutions for two years. Before being promoted to Operations Manager over GSP operations, Baker worked at MAU as both a Corporate Recruiter and a Staffing Supervisor. Prior to joining MAU, Baker worked for seven years in New York City for two of the top global financial and executive recruiting firms, Michael Page and Korn Ferry. During his time with MAU, Baker received his MBA from Emory University’s accelerated MBA program. He also holds his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. We are excited for the expertise that Baker will bring to his new and expanded role as the Operations Manager of GSP.
