“Email us your prayer requests!” Every year, MAU honors The National Day of Prayer by gathering to pray, but added a twist this year. “We’re inviting Augustans to email us their prayer requests” said Randy Hatcher, President of MAU, “and we will pray for each one of them.” Over 200 prayer requests were received and prayed for by the 20+ attendees.

(Greer, SC - April 2008) BMW Manufacturing Co. has engaged the services of a new supplier, Tier One Solutions, a division of MAU, Inc. (headquartered in Augusta, GA), to provide full-time employees. This agreement was reached to assist BMW in launching a new workforce concept and is part of a multi-year contract that will begin in July 2008. Tier One Solutions will service production and logistics employment requirements to supplement BMW’s own workforce.

Black History Month typically receives a lot more attention at local schools and college campuses compared to the business community. However, MAU, Inc., a full service human resources firm, celebrated black history with its Augusta employees this year as both a minority owned enterprise and a workforce solutions provider.

(Management, Analysis & Utilization) was recognized by the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce as the state’s 29th largest firm in the publication's Big 50 list that appeared in the chamber’s South Carolina Business Magazine November issue. The “Big 50” list ranks the number of South Carolina employees and year-over-year progress for private, public and foreign-affiliated companies.

Due to an increase in customer demand, BMW Manufacturing, Co. is adding up to 200 positions for the Greer facility’s night shift. The facility currently produces the BMW X5, Z4 and M Series models.
