American Heart Association Training
(Mar 8, 2005) MAU, Inc.'s Medical Recruiting & Staffing Services Division, a provider of both clinical and non-clinical medical personnel services, will now offer American Heart Association training classes for Basic Life Support certification and renewal for health care professionals. In addition, Heart Saver and Heart Saver First Aid certification for the general public is available.
Renee Weiss, MAU's in-house licensed practical nurse, will hold the beneficial life saving CPR and First Aid training group classes at the MAU office in Augusta, GA. Renee is also available for on-site training for all businesses including, but not limited to: health care offices, industrial facilities, schools and daycares.
Weiss is a certified instructor of both Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association and First Aid from the American Safety & Health Institute. She is also a member of the National Federation of Licensed Practical Nurses Association. In addition, her expertise lies in recruitment, interviewing and management of medical per diem staff which includes: Certified Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Physician's Assistants, Pharmacists and Physicians. Weiss is also available for covering temporary staffing needs and holds a personal liability policy.
