How to Recruit (and Retain) Your Millennial Workforce [EBook]
May 24, 2017 9:30:00 AM

A recent report from the Indeed Hiring Lab shared that, according to US Census Data, Millennials (born after 1980) are now the largest generation in the workforce, surpassing both Baby Boomers (born 1946-1964) and Generation X (born 1965-1980).

Consequently, as an employer, your largest candidate pool now falls into this group of individuals that has been both criticized and celebrated, as they have entered the workforce over the last decade.

This new group of employees has very different work expectations than prior generations. Couple that with exiting Baby Boomers, employers are having to rapidly evolve and adapt in how they structure the workplace.

And that starts with their recruitment strategy.
