Are you looking for a new job or a change in career as we roll into 2020? Are you afraid your options are limited because you do not have a college degree?  Most people assume that an expensive education is a requirement for a great job, but that’s not always the case! In fact, The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) says the projected growth rate for {{cta(‘3403f1e2-610d-4595-9954-806f61e172a8’)}} is 17.5%.

Many of these positions do not require a college degree or a high school diploma! Of the top 25 jobs that do not require a college degree, 10 are in healthcare fields and Home Health Aide tops the list. If you like working with people, this high-demand job is one you should consider. Some of the other jobs on this list include: landscaper, insurance sales agent, restaurant cook, and plumber. There is something on this list that fits every level of skill set and background.

If money is your top motivation, US News and World Report also has a list of {{cta(‘c5b2e15a-90e3-4af4-b721-acb45a77c1db’)}}.  Although most of these require a high school diploma or some type of specialized certification, there are a few that do not. The positions listed that are available to people with no diploma require hard work and physical labor. Cement Mason/Concrete Finisher and Insulation Contractor both pay over $40,000/year as the median salary and are available to job seekers with no high school diploma.
