Background

MAU’s client, a consumer goods manufacturer, was experiencing growing pains from increased sales brought on by market demands and future product roll-outs. New state of the art equipment was also on its way. Dedicated resources would be needed to operate the equipment. This created internal restructuring of core roles and resources within the Mill. The
customer’s leadership teams were also challenged to stabilize spending / costs in order to optimize its profits from the increased market demands.
