MAU’s manufacturing client, located in Charleston, SC, experienced a significant change in production volumes due to growth of its existing products and addition of new product lines. Previously, product demand and volume were both steady. Our client recognized the volume of skilled labor it needed to meet production goals moving forward and required an ongoing solution that could ease the difficulty of identifying and onboarding skilled candidates as demand and growth continued.
