MAU is dedicated to empowering our community based on our values and core commitments. 

Faith
MAU Puts Faith First

MAU will always put faith first. While we respect all faith traditions, MAU was founded with Christian principles and puts those principles in all of our actions. One way our dedication to faith is seen in our company is through our MAU Care Partners. Through MAU Care Partners, every employee has access to a chaplain to provide guidance and encouragement. MAU Care Partners are trained and experienced counselors who are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, nationwide.

MAU Advocates for Healthy Lifestyles

MAU cares about the health of our associates and employees. People cannot truly flourish if they are unhealthy, so we work hard to give our people access to live a healthier life. MAU offers our internal employees access the Vitality program to encourage a healthier lifestyle, along with different health challenges and incentives throughout the year.

MAU Believes Education Empowers People

A core value of MAU is to empower the development of our people, and there is no better way to do that than through education. MAU fully supports our employees to continue their education and training, and gives aid to continue schooling. We also offer a scholarship through our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Steering Committee called the Making Lives Better Diversity Scholarship to encourage students to continue their education.

MAU believes that marriage matters. Marriage is the bedrock of family, and without a healthy marriage, the family can flounder. We want to be a company that helps marriages. One way MAU does this is by offering marriage resources to all its employees because we believe so strongly in having a healthy marriage.
