Aside from completing a job application and interview, most candidates are asked to complete several assessments. One of note is the Predictive Index.

Our late founder, Mr. Hatcher, was especially fond of this assessment because it provides an in-depth look at a candidate beyond what’s traditionally ascertained during a job interview. The Predictive Index assessment reveals information regarding character traits, preferred work styles, and more!
