A Message to all MAU Customers
March 25, 2020 8:16:55 PM

To all MAU Customers

What an unprecedented time we are all facing amidst the global coronavirus pandemic. As we do so, MAU will care for the individual and unique needs within the communities and for the families we serve. It is a situation no one individual, family, business, or community is immune to. As such, I wanted to share how MAU is addressing the situation for all of our customers: Applicants, Clients, and Employees.

Before doing so, we share our thoughts and prayers with the individuals and families who have been directly affected by the virus. To those who are sick, we pray for a full recovery and restoration of health.

For Our Applicants

To minimize social contact and, in adherence with CDC guidelines, we are eliminating in-person hiring events for the foreseeable future. Instead, we are rapidly working to implement technology that will support online hiring events so that we can continue to place talented individuals with the right jobs. We are also looking for all opportunities to expedite the hiring process for those looking for a job with MAU, including those whose employment has been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. For more information on current job openings, please visit MAU.com/Jobs.

For Our Clients

MAU’s clients represent many different industries, geographies, and job skill sets. The method in which businesses are reacting is unique to each company, the type of workers they employ, and the industry they represent. As a result, servicing clients during this challenging time requires unique and deliberate planning. Our teams are working, in partnership with our clients, to take appropriate action to ensure the safety of those in and around our workforce, and to do our part to mitigate the spread of the disease. MAU continues to provide virtual access to MAU Care Partners and the Employee Assistance Program for an additional layer of support.

In addition, we are ready and able to support any unique needs and challenges that may arise among our clients to ensure their long term success beyond the crisis, such as establishing short term contingent workforce plans to keep production going.

For Our Employees

To the employees of MAU that keep the wheels turning day in and day out, we continue to operate the best way we know how during a very fluid global situation. Communications regarding COVID-19 have been distributed to all levels of the organization to ensure standard operating procedures for how to handle potential exposures. In addition, in accordance with CDC guidelines, extensive documentation is available for all employees on how to mitigate the spread of the disease. To support mitigation, MAU has instituted remote work for a majority of corporate employees and has provided them with the technology resources necessary in creating productive work environments from home.

Many of our clients provide business and life-essential products and services, and the MAU team continues to work to ensure our clients’ needs are met.

At MAU, we are reacting in the best way we know possible as a Family to Make Lives Better, live out our number one core value to Live Safety, and Provide Exceptional Customer Service, all while caring for our Applicants, Clients, Employees and communities.

As we all face this together, please let us know how we can better assist each of you.

Sincerely,

Randall W. Hatcher
