When MAU founder William G. Hatcher Sr. created the company in 1973, his vision was to have MAU be synonymous with great customer service. “Consider it done,” became a slogan among the office and a founding principle of MAU, and Mr. Hatcher always believed that this principle has contributed to our current success.
From the beginning, Mr. Hatcher wanted to emphasize the importance of accuracy in customer service throughout the organization. He gave each employee a notepad and instructed them to write out a to-do list of everything they needed to accomplish each day, ensuring that they completed all necessary tasks as promised. This tradition has continued into the computer era and serves as a reminder to all MAU employees the importance of not only getting things done, but getting them done well.
