MAU Vice President Human Capital and General Counsel, Adam Hatcher was recently appointed by Georgia Governor Nathan Deal to Georgia’s Board of Community Affairs. Hatcher’s appointment was one of 3 appointments made during the month of August. 

The DCA is a state run agency with 425 employees, 65 running programs, 12 regional representatives aligned with Georgia’s Regional Commissions, and is responsible for managing nearly $300 million in state and federal funding each year. The DCA has been and continues to be an advocate for Georgia’s communities. 

Adam Hatcher has experience serving on multiple Boards of Directors, including the Salvation Army and Heritage Academy and Fireside Ministries coupled with expertise in the workforce industry and law, Hatcher has an ideal background to serve the Twelfth Congressional District on the Board of Community Affairs, where he will continue to be an advocate for the members of our Georgia communities.
