Management Analysis & Utilization, Inc. (MAU Workforce Solutions) is proud to announce three new members on its Board of Advisors:  John J. Dampier, Keith Pigues, and Perry Stuckey. Like MAU, each new member strives to make lives better through their innovative careers and strong personal values.

John J. Dampier

John J. Dampier joined Southeastern Freight Lines, a privately held company based in Lexington, SC in March 2018 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Dampier sits on the Executive Committee and oversees finance, tax, treasury, accounting, and collections. Prior to Southeastern, he held roles at Honeywell, General Electric, PepsiCo, and Aon Hewitt

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Mr. Dampier received his undergraduate degree in Economics and Business from the University of Wisconsin and went on to receive his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he concentrated on Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning. He enjoys watching all things Packers and Badgers and has two children, Connor and Ava that keep him busy with their various school and sporting events.

D. Keith Pigues

D. Keith Pigues is the founder and CEO of Luminas Strategy – a business strategy and value proposition consultancy based in Research Triangle Park, NC. He also serves as Chairman, CEO and cofounder of CulTRUE – a culture analytics enterprise software and professional services company that helps organizations win with their employees by making data-driven strategic cultural shifts to improve business performance and increase employee fulfillment.

His prior career background includes roles at Honeywell International, Cemex, RR Donnelley and ADP Dealer Services Division (now CDK Global). In addition, he served in higher education at both the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and North Carolina Central University. He served on the board of ReflektMe, Inc., the Research Triangle Foundation and the Kenan Institute for Private Enterprise. In 2004 he was selected as member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and is a recipient of the Frost & Sullivan Marketing Lifetime Achievement Award.

Mr. Pigues earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Christian Brothers University, where he was the first recipient of the university’s Distinguished Young Alumnus Award. He also earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School with additional graduate business studies at Manchester University in the United Kingdom.

He is an advocate for women’s leadership and diversity in technology. He has served as a featured speaker at the annual Google for Startups Black Founders Exchange since its founding in 2016. He is married to Monica Hopkins Pigues and they have four wonderful children – Christian, Caleb, Levi and Chloe.

Perry Stuckey

Perry Stuckey is the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Eastman with responsibility for Eastman’s human resources strategy and services worldwide, which includes Inclusion & Diversity, Total Rewards, Learning & Leadership Development, and Global Talent Acquisition & Management, Aviation. His career, which spans more than 30 years, includes a variety of business and global human resource management positions in manufacturing, industrial automation, and bio-technology organizations.

Mr. Stuckey is a member of the Board of Directors of the Human Resources Policy Organization which comprises the Fortune 350 largest US companies, the Center on Executive Compensation, the Executive Leadership Council, and the CHRO Board Academy. He is also a Trustee on the Board of Governors for the American Health Policy Institute based in Washington, DC. He served on the Board of Directors of “Healthier Tennessee,” Governor Bill Haslam’s initiative to encourage Tennesseans to adopt healthy lifestyles. In March 2014 and March 2016, Stuckey was named by Savoy Magazine as one of the top 100 influential black executives in corporate America.

He holds a B.A. degree from Arkansas and a master’s degree from the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University.

Mr. Stuckey is very principled centered and believes in servant leadership and giving back to the community in which he lives and works.
