MAU Workforce Solutions is Celebrating 40 Years in Business
May 15, 2013 7:37:00 PM

In the spring of 1973, William G. Hatcher, Sr. stepped out with his faith in God and founded MAU. His vision and determination laid the groundwork that has earned MAU the ability today to attract the finest employees who internationally provide services to the world’s leading companies.

MAU is a family-owned, Native American, certified minority business enterprise that has grown over the years to become one of the nation’s top diversity-owned temporary staffing, recruiting, and outsourcing companies.  With recruiting partners in six continents and an international customer base, they have extensive industry knowledge on top of the ability to analyze, design and implement solutions that match the needs of clients.

MAU Workforce Solutions specializes in solutions that drive bottom line results and allow companies to focus on core functions and responsibilities. In addition, MAU gives job seekers the opportunity to find positions that match their skill sets and interests.

The company operates under the foundation set by Hatcher, the founder and CEO, and his ‘Consider It Done’ philosophy that you can rely on the MAU team and their expertise to develop solutions that align with your objectives. According to Hatcher, “If we keep the same principles, the same morals, the same … culture, there is no way to go but up, and I appreciate that so very, very much.”

MAU is kicking-off the 40th year in business by making a substantial investment in renovations at their home office located at 501 Greene Street in Augusta, GA.

“MAU has had a positive economic impact on the CSRA for the past 40 years by creating local jobs for local candidates. In addition to the CSRA, we also serve the needs of applicants, clients and employees from our branch locations in LaGrange, GA; Charleston, SC; Anderson, SC; Greenville, SC; Chattanooga, TN”, said MAU Vice President of Professional Services, Doug Duncan.

“We are grateful to our applicants, clients, and dedicated employees that have helped make our first 40 years in business such a success, and we look forward to continuing to serve them for many years to come”, said MAU President Randy Hatcher.
