Associate of the Month: Michael
We make sure to recognize the dedication that our associates put in every day. This month, we are proud to spotlight Michael, who’s hard work and dedication have awarded him our associate of the month!
Process Improvement of the Month: Marvin
We are always looking to improve our processes. This month, Marvin detected housekeeping compliance issues with the label rack by EOL #5. He took it upon himself to clearly define a label standard to improve efficiency for the line 5 operator during DIM change overs. Thank you, Marvin for continuing to push and improve our processes!
Quality Catch: Will
Our associates are always on the lookout to make sure we are bringing the best quality to our work. This month, our quality catch goes to Will. During Will’s shift, he was pulling tires on line 5 when he noticed the LPC’s that were coming down were painted wrongly with double red lines. Will segregated the tires to a buggy, notified the crew lead, and had the tires cleaned and repainted before being inspected by C3P.
Perfect Attendance: Jim
We want to give a special shoutout to Jim who had zero attendance occurrences for the month of August. Way to go, Jim!

Associate of the Month: Corey
We make sure to recognize the hard work and dedication that our associates put in every day. This month, we are honored to announce our Associate of the Month, Corey from crew 1, who stood out among the many outstanding team members. Corey has done a remarkable job by supporting his crew and covering open positions on other crews. He has assisted with the training of forklift drivers in CF and is the perfect example of a safe driver. Corey’s record speaks for itself as his last impact was Oct. 10, 2022. We applaud our Associate of the Month and look forward to their continued success within our organization. Congratulations, Corey!
Safety Catch: Angela and Shareka
We live safely at MAU, which is crucial in maintaining a safe work environment. This month, we want to award Angela and Sahreka with our safety catch of the month. Angela and Shareka stopped an envelope from winding up against the control arm on Rewind 2. This had previously caused a thermal event! It is paramount to be safe on the job, and we applaud these two for doing their part to keep themselves and their coworkers safe.
