Earn more with an INCREASED PAY RATE on the MAU at BMW team. Beginning now, the starting pay rate for full-time Production Associates on the MAU at BMW team will increase to $19.50/hour for day shift and $20.50/hour for the night shift. There will also be an opportunity to further increase the pay after one year to $20/hour for the day shift and $21/hour for the night shift.
