No matter how successful a company may be, recruiting and retaining top talent in a tight labor market presents challenges. And often, without a strong and adequately trained workforce, building leading products to meet customer demands is near impossible.

For more than 180 years, John Deere has been a recognizable brand, producing everything from pristine lawn mowers, to industrial diesel engines, to equipment for the government and military.

John Deere sought help from MAU to staff an entirely new shift and help reduce double digit turnover. By partnering with MAU, they were able to effectively recruit and hire qualified candidates through the development of a customized inhouse valve assembly assessment MAU staged at its own branch.
