I currently work for MAU and need help accessing my information (paystub, login information, W2, etc). Where do I go?
I need to request my W2. How do I submit this request?
We highly recommend the electronic W-2 option if you’d like to access your document immediately when they’re available. It is the faster of the two options. Electronic W-2s will be available by January 25, 2021 (or sooner).
To sign-up for this option, log in to Employee Portal and agree to Electronic W-2. Select the Pay History tab, then the W-2 link.
Mailed W-2s are available, however this is a slower option. Hard copy W-2s will be mailed no later than January 29, 2021. W-2s will be mailed to the address on file in the Employee Portal.
Reprints for W-2s will begin on February 12, 2021 and will be printed on Fridays only; the W-2 request form (available on the link above) must be signed per IRS regulations.
NOTE: Electronic W-2s may be unavailable on Mondays and Fridays between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. for maintenance.
When can I expect my 2020 W2 to become available on the employee portal?
2020 W2s will be available for download on the MAU Employee portal starting January 25, 2021. If you have not consented to receive an electronic copy of your W2, hard copies will be mailed to the address on file no later than January 29, 2021. Reprints will start on February 12, 2021 and will be printed on Fridays only.
